Refund policy

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase, if however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will happily accept returns for unopened, unused products for any reason. You will have 30 days after the date of purchase to request a full refund.

If you have a problem with your order and would like a refund send us an email at orders@herbesthealth.com include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return. A herbesthealth customer service representative will contact you to complete the process. You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

*Certain items are not applicable in our return policy such as, items that have been removed from their original packaging, modified products, perishable items, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, and clearance items.
